To add skin:

Place the .uzip file onto your sdCard.  Then add a 5x2 UCCW widget, select open uzip, then navigate to where you put the uzip file, select it and it takes you back to your home screen. Touch the hand icon to load the skin. It sounds like a lot, but it's really not. :)
